Read Our Contract Agreement

Terms & Conditions: Failure to Perform: If the photographer cannot perform this agreement due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, then the photographer shall return the deposit to the client, but shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost in shipping, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of part of the photographer. In the event the photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the clients order. Agreement to Arbitrate: The client and Vita Bella Photography agree to submit any dispute arising under this binding agreement in accordance with the rules of the Better Business Bureau. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties. Neither party will be able to go to court for disputes that must be arbitrated. Usage: Vita-Bella Photography is authorized to use images from this wedding for promotion through print media, website, or other means of advertising. Vita-Bella Photography retains the copyright for all images produced. Vita Bella grants the client unlimited personal use of the images created. All commercial use of images must be authorized by Vita-Bella photography.
